At Norla, your satisfaction comes first. We stand behind the quality of every formula and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if they are faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at oriluxeshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
